RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel Deep Brown 15ml

This base gel is the first step for the tinting system to create impactful eyebrows and expressive eyelashes.
This particular shade is dark brown, for striking and eye-catching looks.
It is especially recommended for gentle facial features and dark hair.
Upto 60 applications per tube can be achieved.
It must used be in conjuction with the RefectoCil Activator Gel.
For intensive results (brows only), also use the RefectoCil Intensifying Primer.
